RE-ENROLLMENT BEGINS FEBRUARY 6th

Thank you for your interest in continuing to be a part of the Gahanna Christian Academy family. It is important for each student to communicate their intent for the next school year.

Applications for re-enrollment will not be finalized nor will a space be reserved until ALL items are received.

Step 1 - Online re-enrollment & Fee Submission: Please click here to sign onto your achieve account.

Click "enroll/re-enroll" and then choose a student and follow the directions on the screen. Please make sure you click the "I agree" statement on the last page.

Also, on the last page you will be given the chance to pay your fees on-line with a credit/debit card or through your checking account. You can pay for all your students at one time, but you MUST go through the re-enroll process on achieve for each student. 

Step 2 -  If you did not pay your re-enrollment fees in Step 1, please click here.

Step 3 - Please complete the Statement of Understanding and Perpetual Enrollment Contract online. Once you complete these forms on-line, you will receive an email that you must confirm. Once these forms has been confirmed it will be emailed to GCA.

This year we are requiring student fees to be paid in advance.  Please refer to your re-enrollment letter.  Half of your fees will be due on May 14th and the other half on July 15th.

We will continue to use Smart Tuition for family accounts. If you are already enrolled with Smart Tuition using a credit card or bank account, you do not need to do anything. There is an annual fee of $50.00 that Smart Tuition will deduct with your first tuition payment in August. For credit card payments, there is a 2.85% merchant fee added to each payment.

Step 4 (if applicable) - All Ohio EdChoice families must submit the scholarship renewal form and a current dated utility bill  (Scholarship Renewal). 

EdChoice Income Verification form - This form must be mailed to the address listed on page 2 of the application.
