Financial Assistance Policy
Gahanna Christian Academy is able to provide a limited amount of financial assistance to families. The GCA Financial Assistance Program is funded through donations
received from supporters of GCA. The process for granting financial assistance is administered by the GCA Treasurer supported by a Financial Assistance Committee and approved by the GCA School Board.
The GCA School Board has approved using FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to help with our financial assistance process. The GCA Board continues to be confident that FACTS is well equipped to preserve your sensitive information and will not release it to any other outside sources.
If you would like to apply for financial assistance for the 2014/2015 school year, you can complete the application on-line at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Please note that there is a $30 nonrefundable fee payable to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to process your application. A completed application does not guarantee aid will be awarded. However, if aid is awarded, it will range from a couple hundred dollars up to but not more than one-third of the total tuition.
Applications cannot be completed unless your student(s) is enrolled and accepted at Gahanna Christian Academy.
Applications are accepted from January 15 through March 31. You will be notified by mid-May of the GCA Financial Assistance Committee's decision.
