RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE   

CURRENT GCA FAMILIES/PRESCHOOLERS ENTERING KINDERGARTEN 

GCA FAMILIES DESIRING TO ENROLL ANOTHER STUDENT AT GCA

(Three separate sections below.)

Thank you for your interest in continuing to be a part of the Gahanna Christian Academy family. It is important for each student to communicate their intent for the next school year.

Returning student registration:

Re-enrollment Forms:

    Payment Plan Form - complete on line by clicking the form. Once you have completed the on-line form, you will receive an email that you must confirm. The form will not be sent to GCA until you click confirm on the email confirmation.

    Church Information - please click on the form and print it off.  You will need to complete the top portion and ask your Pastor to complete the bottom portion. Your church may return it by mail, email, or fax.

Re-enrollment Fees:

*** Discount for early re-enrollment - All forms and fees much be submited by the due date to obtain the discounted price. ***

January 14 - January 31 $125.00 $275
After January 31 $150.00 $300

Applications for re-enrollment will not be finalized nor will a space be reserved until the completed forms and all fees are submitted.

All Ohio EdChoice families must submit the appropriate paperwork by March 15th, or by Feb. 1st if you would like the discounts.  The forms can be found under the Ohio EdChoice tab.

Current GCA Families/ Preschoolers entering Kindergarten submit:

On-line application
Entrance exam fee $30 per student (non-refundable)
Schedule Entrance Exam  (You will need to complete a short on-line inquiry.)
Application fee and facility fee - see above schedule
Copy of student's birth certificate
Pastorial Recommendation Form (print)
*Parent Questionnaire (on-line)
*Perpetual Enrollment Contract  (on-line)
Ed Choice Candidates - submit EdChoice application and proof of residency (ie - utility bill, lease agreement).  See EdChoice tab for eligibility requirements and forms.

Current families enrolling another 1st - 12th grade student submit:

On-line application

Copy of Standardized Test results (SAT's, OAA's, OGT's) for the two preceding years

School Administrator's Recommendation Form (print)

Extended Care:
If you want to enroll in GCA’s extended care program, complete the entire form and submit the $20.00 extended care registration fee.

Ambassador Incentive program- At GCA we know that satisfied parents are our best marketing tool.  As a thank you for recommending families to our school, we have initiated the Ambassador Incentive Program.  This program will provide $300 tuition credit for current families when a new family they recommend is accepted and attends GCA for the 2013-2014 school year.  The $300 credit is for each new student accepted.  The tuition credit will be awarded once the new student has completed the 1st grading period.  In order to receive the tuition credit, the new family must mention your family as their reference.  If you have any questions, please email our Admissions Office at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
